The caravan is a Willerby Rio Gold 35′ x 10′ (2014 model). It’s been rented out by the North Morte Farm themselves and we have bought it from them to keep on site for 6 seasons. It’s in great condition and we intend that it stays that way. Above you can see a floor plan.
Equipped with everything you might need for your holiday, it’s a great place to unwind after a day exploring the surrounding beaches and stunning coastline! This place is great for couples, families & solo adventurers. Direct access to world class National Trust coastline, shake off the workday vibes and restore your equilibrium! Welcome!
It feels light and spacious inside with the really comfortable long sofa you can see, to curl up by the fire and watch a show on the large TV while recovering from a day of adventure. There is a great shower and double, twin and single bedrooms so there are comfortable beds for 5 people. If there is a 6th person they can sleep well on a pull out sofabed. NOTE though, the caravan will feel very cramped with more than 4 people, especially when the weather is not great
The deck is a great sunny but enclosed outdoor living space and there are often beautiful sunsets in the evening. An outside table & chairs and a BBQ (you can buy charcoal at the site shop) is provided for you. There is parking for 1-2 of your cars beside the deck. In front of the caravan is a big green space for a spacious outlook.
There is a selection of books which you can read while you’re here (and swap for yours if wished). Good WiFi broadband is included.
One well behaved small to medium sized dog is welcome. Please bring everything you need for your dog, including towels, and don’t allow them on any of the furniture.

Bed linen (duvet covers pillowcases), towels, food etc (though there should be salt / pepper / the odd bits and basics left by us or others).
There should be some loo roll – please leave some for the next people too!

TV and good WiFi
There is a 48 inch with Freeview and an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to watch netflix etc on the big screen
There is great WiFi (hugely upgraded this season) available. We have paid for the season so you can connect 4 devices on our account(we will give you contact details for any connection issues & the quality of WiFi is not our responsibility)
Outside kit
There is a fenced deck on one full length with an outside table & chairs and a parasol. A washing line, Also a BBQ in the storage box at rear, and some childrens body boards (To be confirmed)
Digital nomad? – an ‘office’ for working holidays
One of the twin bedrooms has only 1 bed but a small sit/stand desk / chair with monitor and HDMI cable, so you can have a private room for a ‘work from anywhere’ break
You can bring a well behaved small to medium sized dog
