This is a sunset 400 yards from the caravan. You could see about the same view just 200 yards from it
Booking is 4pm to 11am, 3 nights minimum
We found people wanted flexibility so no longer need full weeks. We can organise a cleaning service for an extra £45 for those that want it ( cleaners are not available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday).
Rates
We charge less than the site – the table of rates is here. The differences are:
- WiFi is included for 4 devices (This would cost £20 per week)
- By booking, you agree and commit on a trust basis to do a thorough clean unless you request in advance to organise that with the wardens (we provide contact details and in 2025 this was £45)
- A well behaved mature dog is allowed see below
Booking process and agreement
- Read the site rules (particularly no single sex groups of 3 or more)
- Write to me to enquire about availability and we will quickly confirm / amend etc
- (WhatsApp or text using my phone number in Contact is best)
- We confirm the place is available and with our bank details.
- Pay £100 deposit within 3 days to secure your place with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date – SO – IF BOOKING WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL PAY THE FULL FEE IMMEDIATELY
- We will write with final details you need to know to arrive once you’ve paid in full
- We hope you’ll have an amazing holiday, and leave the caravan even cleaner and more loved than you found it and want to return

Dogs
A well behaved mature dog is allowed on condition it never goes on any chairs / sofa or beds, and you clean up scruplously so no-one would at all know it had been there. At present we charge just a token £10 extra for dogs and it is important to us that you tell us you plan to bring a dog (and their breed) when booking so we can ensure the park and our friends in the nearby caravans know in the event of any issues
Remember to bring dog bowl / bed / dog towels etc. When muddy or sandy please carry your dog straight to the shower (or sink if small?!) to wash their paws and coat.
Leaving
- Unless we’ve agreed for it to be professionally cleaned, do a great job yourselves – we will make available a guide for this once you have booked
- In practice, sometimes there are breakages – we are renting on a trust basis and these things happen, but what matters a lot to us is that you tell us so we can do something about it or at least ensure the next occupant knows
- We hope the next occupant will be pleasantly surprised by the state of the caravan and that you will be welcomed to book with us to come again
